Jennefer Griffith is the Director of Projects and Business Development at the Food Processing HR Council. In her 12 year career with the Food Council and formerly the National Seafood Sector Council she has managed dozens of files and portfolios ranging from labour market research projects to the development of workplace training and standards.Among Jennefer’s current responsibilities, she manages and oversees all activities concerning the projects of the council; budgets, marketing and communications, committee recruitment, and the development of staff and field representatives. She also develops strategic partnerships with businesses, provincial associations, government, education bodies and other stakeholder groups to bring in revenues and move the HR agenda of the Council forward.
