Moved inside Ford Motor Company to provide strategic digital consultation & coaching for Ford and Lincoln Dealers. The year-long project consisted of strategic planning, execution and digital consultation to help drive a better customer experience. Continuous product mix analysis and sales forecasting drove the increase to the bottom line.
The focus of this project was to work with GM dealerships where we continually focused on employee engagement, leadership development, customer retention and digital effectiveness to drive change and increase the success of the overall dealership.
