In 2018, I began my professional journey into Lifestyle Medicine. With my Plant-Based Nutrition Certification (2019) and Lifestyle Medicine Practice (2020), I founded the Plant to Plate Patient Garden; because patients want and need healthy, affordable options for fresh vegetables and fruits. There are simple ways to help. One way was by building a free community garden for patients at DFALC- Plant to Plate Patient Garden.
