I am a highly professional chef with more than 19 years experience in some of the best (Michelin awarded) restaurants of the Netherlands and Belgium. I aspire working in a highly professional environment where everyone strives to contribute to both the team and general success and quality. In addition, I am challenging myself to improve my own performance continuously. During my pre-university education, I already started a career in the catering industry, by founding and exploiting my own catering firm. I am dedicated to my work and feel responsible for my own actions and those of the team. For me coaching the team in their activities is the key to success, in order to achieve the best results from individuals as well as further development of the team.
