DASH (120 FTE) is the technology company of The Works group (revenue: 603 million, 1400 FTE), which includes YoungCapital, YoungCapital NEXT, YoungCapital Direct, Studentjob, Jobbird, and Echt Onderwijs.Responsibilities:-Establishing, scaling, and leading the new tech company DASH, which combines all software development within The Works group.-Leading the Head of Development, Head of Product, Lead Architect, and HR/Recruitment team, as well as 8 Agile Scrum software development teams.-Designing and implementing a new Agile organizational structure focused on scalability (from 50 FTEs in 2021 to 120 FTEs by the end of 2022).-Building an attractive employer brand, including external communication and a new website, www.thisisdash.com.-Developing a competitive HR policy based on the core values of Growth, Autonomy & Connectedness, including a competency and skills framework with evaluation criteria, growth paths, and a new job structure.-Financials: budgets, forecasts, investments, etc.-Business Development: Various sales presentations of technical products for sister companies' clients.Additional activities:Strategy development 2022-2025 for YoungCapital

-In 2018, YoungCapital and AFAS Software entered into a partnership to jointly develop new software for the temporary employment sector within Profit (AFAS's existing ERP system).-As Head of BPM, I was the project leader of this development process and supervised the design of the new product, in close collaboration with AFAS Product Development.-In addition, I led the implementation on the YoungCapital back office, including implementation planning (with shadow runs and testing), guidance and training of employees, data integration and conversion, and the rollout and aftercare.-This resulted in complete payment and invoicing of all worked hours of YoungCapital through the new functionality, from the first week of January 2019, with a revenue of approximately €465 million at that time.

-As manager of the Product Management team, I was responsible for the direction and development of the vision and strategy for the team. I coordinated initiatives across the entire application landscape, including the management of the overarching product roadmap.-In addition, I performed buy-versus-build analyses for various business units, including the research and ultimate decision to partner with AFAS Software.

-As Product Manager, I managed various in-house developed applications related to financial processes, such as payroll, invoicing, and payments. I also led the scrum development team.-My main focus was an application that addressed the internal core processes within the staffing process, such as employment contracts, expense processing, and invoicing. This application was phased in and was in use throughout the entire YoungCapital organization from January 2017.

-As Manager Backoffice, I was responsible for streamlining the entire payroll and invoicing process throughout the organization of StudentenWerk and CareerNetwork.-In a period of rapid growth, where revenue increased from 46 million in 2009 to 86 million in 2013, it was crucial to implement automation to keep up with this growth.-Thanks to several impactful digitalization projects that I led, we were able to keep the number of FTEs in my team stable (despite the significant revenue growth).
