CurrentAs the International HR Business Partner for Skyline Enterprises, I work closely with general managers and HR teams across our global portfolio of 6 independent sites to shape and deliver people strategies aligned with organisational goals, values, and business objectives. My role focuses on providing operational HR expertise and driving group-wide initiatives to enhance employee engagement, develop leadership capabilities, and implement solutions that foster continuous improvement.I partner with senior leaders to advise, challenge and coordinate progress in areas such as talent management, recruitment, employee experience, performance optimisation, and individual development. By fostering a results-oriented, collaborative approach (all the while taking into account the unique elements of vastly different cultures, language and employment legislation of the countries that we work within), I help translate strategy into action and contribute to global people projects, always with a focus on creating long-term value and living by our ethos: We’re Brave, We Care, We Do.
