Being a newly offered course for the program, I was responsible for helping to build a curriculum's course content and structure that would draw interest and demonstrate value. That goal was clearly met, as enrolment in the course exceeded its capacity. During the semester, I marked assignments, projects and exams; counselled students on the thesis writing process, ensuring they met university regulations; led group discussion on articles related to course topics; and promoted an open dialogue within the class. Throughout, I managed the course's online site, wherein student records and course materials were kept. I also worked within the program office, coordinating with the College of Business Administration staff to handle large volumes of a wide-range of student issues. My efforts at every pre-editing phase of production for digital content to correspond with textbook material led to a dramatic expansion of the company's marketable library. I built Melody Publishing's national profile through my work in putting on a countrywide language competition hosted by our company.
