I am currently taking courses to gain a certificate and I graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a bachelor's degree. I have always enjoyed using my fast typing and strong communication skills to work closely with patrons to build relationships, answer questions, address concerns and obstacles, and ensure satisfaction. I am young, energetic, tech savvy, self motivated, client focused, and detail oriented. I am able to type at 80 wpm and enjoy using my fast-typing skills and customer service skills to satisfy patrons needs, and most of my experience has been helping patrons with any questions or concerns they have. I am able to assist and support co-workers, supervisors, and patrons in a cooperative manner under pressure. I've been dedicated to helping others as their success and satisfaction is what gives me motivation and joy. When completing tasks, I am able to work together with my colleagues to reach our goals and work quickly. I stick with my tasks, take notes and do not leave them for the next day.
