From childhood fascinations with "Nick at Nite" classics like Adam 12 and Dragnet to an enduring love for personality quizzes, my journey has always been about piecing together narratives and understanding underlying patterns. My parents once joked about my future in optimizing that "Nick at Nite" TV lineup, hinting early at my knack for analysis and strategy. This blend of curiosity and analytical prowess was also recognized early on when my high school Spanish teacher labeled me "whole-brained" after learning I was simultaneously tackling AP Music Theory and AP Calculus BC.These seemingly disparate interests hint at a deeper drive: a fascination with how things work and how people make decisions. It's this drive that naturally led me to the Market Research industry. While perhaps unconventional, staying at the same company since my college internship has allowed me to be a part of four distinct functional teams, gaining a holistic view of, not only the company, but the industry. From performing R&D in Marketing Sciences to managing projects on the Client Services team, and spending a decade perfecting the art and science of building and engaging online communities and panels, each experience has deepened my understanding and strengthened my skills, culminating in my current role on the Strategy team. Here, I thrive shaping research designs and articulating their value creatively (and with the occasional dose of humor) in proposals.I firmly believe that “you can do anything, but not everything” (at least not all at once). Injecting authenticity and a bit of levity into my work not only makes the process enjoyable but also elevates the outcomes. This philosophy extends beyond my professional life. Whether I'm immersed in a DIY home project, training for my next race, or enjoying active weekends with my family, I bring the same energy and creativity. And yes, I'm still a fan of personality assessments. The adult versions of those magazine quizzes identify me as an "Achiever" on Clifton's StrengthsFinder, an Enneagram 3 (Achiever) with a 2 wing (Helper), and an INTJ (Architect) via Myers-Briggs.
