My team supports training, development, and continuous improvement opportunities for Lockbox Operations employees.

My responsibilities included the assessment of training needs and facilitation of on-the-job training for temporary and full time employees.

Administration/supervision of the teller area.

Managed and developed customer relationships.

Handled routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash advances, etc. in a fast-paced environment and balanced these transactions daily.
