I offer a modern approach to therapy, focusing on issues such as Stress & the emotional rollercoaster of every day life.The world we live in today seems to involve much stress with little room for change or does it...You may believe that to change your level of stress you'd have to change your life and that can appear very daunting, especially if you feel change isn't an option at this stage in your life. Maybe many aspects of your life rely on things being just the way they are; you'll always have those deadlines to meet, other individuals need you to remain as you are or you're too busy or scared to implement change...Having the ability to look at things differently and more rationally is the answer and not in-fact the reconstruction of your whole life but simply the reconstruction of your thought process.

I worked in the care industry before leaving to raise my beautiful family. I took this opportunity to study in subjects of interest - Sciences and Philosophy and read a great deal of anything that I found of interest at the time.When I decided to study again, I chose to study the science behind the unconsious mind. This is what I've chosen to work with in my career... and what a career it is too...!
