As both a career coach and a health coach, I operate at the intersection of work and wellbeing. My personal mission is to help clients to shape their work life more intentionally, with their health as a priority, so that they can feel energized while doing their best work. As someone who has made a number of pivots and changes in pursuit of better health, more enjoyment and improved alignment , I am invested in helping others do the same. Most recently, I am focused on coaching education and mentorship to contribute to the growth and learning of future coaches.
