While working as Managing Editor for nDash, Jenn is also responsible for the bookkeeping for her husband's residential building contracting business. She assists him with many administrative tasks weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Her responsibilities include: ► invoicing clients and contractors► expenses and receipts► billing and payments► annual taxes► record retention She took her experiences working with her husband and ghostwrote a book in 2009 for Atlantic Publishing entitled "The Complete Guide To Building Your Own Home And Saving Thousands On Your New House." She also writes a considerable amount of articles and blog posts covering the topic of "construction for clients, some of which are linked below.When her husband fell near-terminally ill in May of 2017, it was her responsibility to maintain his business debt throughout his hospitalization and subsequent rehabilitation. Following his release, it was her responsibility to provide his in-home medical care and rehabilitation until September 2018.

It was Jenn's responsibility to develop a curriculum weekly for a group of between eight and twelve children, depending on enrollment. The Camp Registrar will also serve as the Summer Camp Office Manager at Boothbay Region YMCA Camp Knickerbocker during the summer season. She misses the connection she had with the community and the role she played in helping them achieve their goals regarding ensuring their children had childcare during the summer months. She frequently sees the parents she worked with throughout the community and they make remarks regarding how much they miss having her in the Finance Office.Her experiences in the Finance Office translated into the following ghostwriting assignments in her freelance writing career based not only on her experiences but on her observations as well.

While Jenn served as the Arts & Crafts Director at Camp Knickerbocker, it was her responsibility to develop curriculum and daily lesson plans. She worked with campers ages five to twelve with the help of counselors and counselors in training. In addition to her lesson plans including at least 45 minutes of instruction, she also included teaching campers how to take responsibility for maintaining the spaces around them, as well as being respectful to the supplies and other camper's artwork.

As a teaching artist, it was Jenn's responsibility to not only develop curriculum for the students she worked with but also ensure it fit in with the curriculums the teachers were currently working within their classrooms. She sourced all the materials, prepped them, and created packets for each student ahead of time."The mission of the Arts in Education branch of L/A Arts is to utilize the inherent academic, social, and artistic value of best practice arts in education, in support of the Lewiston/Auburn school community it serves."Jenn Greenleaf held a week-long residency for 6th graders at Montello Elementary School focused on bookmaking from recycled materials. Also, she assisted the art teacher in his room with K-5 students in 2012.During 2014 she worked in Martel Elementary School, Longley Elementary School, and Montello Elementary School. She also attended Martel Elementary School and Longley Elementary School's Arts Nights in May and June of 2014.It was Jenn's pleasure to have her first experience working with Geiger Elementary School during the spring semester of 2015.

While serving as a member of the town of Richmond's Select Board, she worked with State Representative Seth Berry and Town Manager Marian Anderson, as well as the rest of the board members to ensure local budgets, legislature, and laws were maintained. She also worked with the superintendent on various standard-based projects.
