As Manager of Creative Services for Zywave, a technology company producing award-winning software for the insurance industry, I provided UX design expertise and leadership for the organization and managed the corporate brand portfolio. During my tenure, I played a pivotal role in designing the first generation of Zywave's software suite as the primary UX designer. I also played a key role in the planning and execution of the annual user conference event.
