Facilitation of parts data migration into new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (data extraction, verification, formatting, categorizing, sanitization, and importing); formatting and creation of software training documents, project management assistance, HR policy revision and creation, HR document creation, review, and formatting

Direction of approx. 20 students for lab sessions involving microscopy, dissection, model study, group work; construction and grading of quizzes/practicals; lab introductory lectures; student mentoring; coordination of remote/virtual learning and meetings

As a full-time faculty member in the General Practice department at VCU, I was the course director of two 100+ person lectures and one 100+ person lab course, served on department and organizational committees, served as attending clinical faculty, and conducted and published research, among other duties. I was responsible for course structure and design, content creation, lecture delivery (avg. 2 lectures per weeks), exam construction, tracking of student progress, and mentoring and guiding students individually. This experience with working with both large groups as well as individual students, and the structuring of learning experiences and environments has given me some insights on tailoring educational strategies to learner needs. Additionally, I worked collaboratively with other faculty and administrators to assess and develop the institutional and departmental strategic plan and learning objectives for students. In the clinic, I served as attending clinical faculty supervising dental students providing patient care.
