Ms. Foster has over 20 years of experience conducting environmental due diligence assessments and preparing reports in compliance with the needs and requirements of a number of standards, including ASTM, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), and customized client formats. She has served as an Environmental Professional for numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental Transaction Screens, Third Party Reviews, Record Search and Risk Assessments, Phase II Subsurface Investigations, and lead-in-water sampling and analysis. Ms. Foster has been responsible for completing single-site and portfolio due diligence projects for transfer, sale, and redevelopment of a diverse range of property types throughout the United States. Properties have included industrial, commercial, retail, residential, and school properties, governmental facilities, highway and railroad corridors, active mining property, brownfields, and vacant parcels.
