My first lead leasing assignment was to lease an underpeforming, overbuilt outdoor shopping center in the midwest so ownership could sell and move forward with other development projects. The center went from 70% to 90% leased by my dedication to canvassing the local and regional tenants for the ideal fit, collaborating with the RED leasing team, and thereby allowing RED to sell at a substantial profit. My next lead project was Village Pointe, a ground-up, outdoor lifestyle center in Omaha, NE that became etched in my soul. I LOVED this project, property (and Omaha too!)
