Howell was brought back into the Matt Stone and Trey Parker fold to lead all creative for their venture, Deep Voodoo. Their company has built the world’s leading synthetic media & entertainment studio. With its leading deep fake technology, world-class talent, and robust production capabilities, Deep Voodoo is uniquely positioned to realize the vast potential of machine learning in the media and entertainment industry. Stone and Parker are supported by the world’s largest, most advanced group of premier deep fake artists and a leading team of producers and technologists.

Howell established her own production company to develop, package and produce both Film and Televison projects with a focus on delivering best-in-class story telling. Drawing on her deep industry experience and relationships, she works alongside some of the industry's most prolific writers and directors and is a go to producer for major talent agencies.

At DreamWorks Howell worked alongside world-class creative talent and oversaw a strong and experienced management team to produce blockbuster films for one of the most beloved and admired family entertainment brands in the world. In her time at the studio she developed a slate of 30 plus films based on a mix of established IP and original concepts. She saw these projects from their nascent development stage all the way through production and distribution. Notable development deals included: Guillermo del Toro, Noah Baumbach, Etan Cohen, Akiva Goldsman. Releases during her tenure included: HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON THE HIDDEN WORLD (WWBO-$522m), TROLLS (WWBO-$346m), BOSS BABY (WWBO-$528m), CAPTAIN UNDERPANTS (WWBO-$125m on a much reduced budget.

Howell served as the Head of Comedy at Paramount Television from 2013-2016 and developed and sold half hour and hour long series to broadcast, cable and streaming networks. In her years at Paramount, she set up several comedies including; Soapdish, Grease: Live, Kid Boss, Bajilllion Dollar Brokers, and School of Rock, the last two of which were sold straight to series. She also set up dramas including, Shooter and The Truman Show. Howell is known for her ability to craft strong pitches and spot emerging talent, as well as, work alongside the best writers, directors, and actors in the business.

Charged with the creation and oversight of the Animation Department in 2008 including the Development, Current Programming, and Production of all animated shows produced by 20th for networks such as; Fox, Comedy Central, IFC and TBS. Key Accomplishments• Launched several series for Fox, Bob’s Burgers, which is currently in its 14th season, as well as, current and past shows, The Cleveland Show, Napoleon Dynamite, Allen Gregory, Murder Police, and Sit Down Shut Up.• Developed and sold animated series outside of Fox to cable outlets, TBS and IFC, their first such series, Neighbors From Hell and Out There.• Resurrected Futurama for Comedy Central, after the show was cancelled by Fox after 5 seasons. Futurama has now had a very successful run on Comedy Central with over 45 new episodes airing.• Created and launched Fox Inkubation – a 20th and FBC joint initiative to find and cultivate talent and produce shorts with the goal of adding to Fox’s already successful animated line-up. 60 sets of shorts have so far been produced.

Responsible for setting up Matt Stone and Trey Parker’s film company under our first look deal with Paramount Pictures. Meeting with and procuring writers, directors, actors and producers with the goal of setting up movies under the Important Films banner.

Charged with all aspects of producing the show, along with daily presence in the writer’s room, as well as a lead voice role (Bebe Stevens).Key Accomplishments• Worked alongside Stone and Parker to produce South Park from inception for nearly 200 episodes.• Participated daily in the writer’s room on the show and went on twice-yearly writer’s retreats with the writers and producers.

Worked alongside Stone and Parker daily on the pre-production, production and post of the film, as well as handling casting for the movie.Key Accomplishments• Helped create a world of nearly impossible scope and dimension utilizing marionettes and miniatures. • Part of the DVD launch around the world with Stone and Parker, including visits to Stockholm, London, and Amsterdam.

Responsible for producing the live-action show, alongside Stone and Parker, including on-set producing, daily writer’s room presence and all casting.Key Accomplishments • Integral in the conception and development of the show, along with Stone and Parker• Handled all casting of the series• Worked closely with Comedy Central’s marketing and publicity departments for launch

Made sure every aspect of Stone and Parker’s life, both at home and at work were taken care of while simultaneously working on both this movie and South Park.Key Accomplishments• Helped in the casting of the actors for the movie, including George Clooney, Elton John, Ozzie Osbourne, and Nick Rhodes.• Being part of a small team that was able to work on a very demanding television show and a movie of this size and scope at the same time.
