CurrentWe offer a higher level of service to special accounts in construction, oil & gas, mining, sand & gravel and other key classified accounts. Entails keeping in touch with CEO's, CFO's, COO's, District Managers, Frac Valve Yard supervisors and managers, inventory managers, etc and making sure they have all the data required to continue using the Certified product line efficiently, effectively, and continue to reduce parts replacement costs, labor costs and downtime costs. The Concierge Program also contacts new prospective companies and brings them together with Senior Management. This provides us the opportunity to use our expertise and have our Professional Field Consultants direct them towards using the best lubrication products on the planet.
