I am responsible, in consultation with a Volunteer Management Committee and Government Contract Managers, for the operations, governance and strategic development of the Incorporated Association and the various services it delivers.

In consultation with DASH Management Team, Haringey DAAT and Haringey Social Services, I managed the staffing, processes and budget for the delivery of Community Care Services to AOD users in the London Borough of Haringey. Primarily this involved the assessment, treatment and placement of AOD users in drug-free treatment centres, including detox, rehab and aftercare.

In conjunction with Palmerston and Cyrenian House, I provided a counselling and education service to AOD users in the central Perth area, with a focus on working with offienders engaged with the Drug Court.
