- Act as the sole HR representative for the 230+ staff members of Golden Valley Foods.- Manage the full recruitment, selection, orientation, and turnover process.- Manage WorkSafeBC claims and coordinate RTW plans.- Advise, counsel and coach employees, supervisors, and management on relevant HR information.- Address all employee concerns, questions, and issues, taking appropriate actions as required.- Provide a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the British Columbia Employment Standards, Human Rights Laws and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.- Act as the COVID-19 designate on the facility crisis management team.
