After gaining experience in the festival (2years) and hospitality (12 years) industries, within various managerial, FOH and event roles as well as skills within build, set design, decor, social media and menu development I have decided to focus on the common thread of it all People. My time with in hospitality and sales has given me diverse skills and experience in customer service and public relations as well as an ability to take lead and give guidance when needed. I enjoy starting my own projects, having set up a bio glitter company and created an up-cycled clothing range; working on these alongside aiding to develop and manage businesses from the many talented and creative people around me. I thrive in a dynamic team environment with an adaptive and creative flow; myself bringing a driven work ethic as well as a positive and supportive attitude.
