About Jennifer Archer

Chapter 1 of my analysis story was such an interesting one. I'm not quite sure if I even knew what an analyst was. I was 18 years old, scared to death, in my last week of Air Force basic training. I joined the military without a predetermined career field. My fellow trainees were telling me "You're going to end up being Security Forces." "Oh no!" I thought, "I just don't know if I'm built to be a cop." (Looking back, I could have handled it.)To my surprise, God had an amazing plan for my career. As I sat in the career counselor's office waiting for her answer, I was shocked when she said, "I have placed you in Maintenance Data Systems Analysis." I was so relieved but also had zero idea what any of that meant. Looking back, I am so grateful that my counselor paid special attention to what I had to offer. From the very first day at technical school, I loved being an analyst. Now I have spent over 20 years in various analytical roles. From Junior Analyst to Senior Manager of Operations, data has continued to be the love of my life. Creating a story that drives decisions, while showcasing that data can be interesting and creative... and has the ability to change entire processes or even lives... is something that I have deeply missed during my career break. Data brings so many possibilities for change but can also solidify stability needed to accomplish critical missions. It keeps the future marathoner on track and improves gaming designs and structure. Data makes so many things possible from CEO to customer. When I think of all the possibilities, how could I not be excited and ready to start Chapter 2?Throughout my journey, I’ve honed a deep understanding of the power of data and its ability to shape outcomes across industries. My passion for data analysis, coupled with years of hands-on experience, has equipped me with a unique set of skills that enable me to transform raw information into actionable insights. Here are some of the core skills I've developed over the years:🔹Compliance & Risk Mitigation🔹Cross-Function Collaboration🔹Customer Service🔹Data-driven Decisions🔹Data Modeling🔹Leadership & Management🔹Operational Efficiency🔹Predictive Analytics🔹Problem Resolution🔹Process Improvement🔹Project Management🔹Resource Management🔹SQL, R, Tableau🔹Strategic Planning🔹Strong Communicator🔹Systems Implementation🔹Technology Integration🔹Training & Development
