My role as a Global Programs Manager honed my competencies in performance management, organizational roadmapping, team building and program development. With expertise in designing and implementing a quality program that turned every client contact into a relationship building opportunity, my focus has been surfacing the coaching opportunities that help leaders empowering front line representatives to continually elevate their service delivery. My mission is to inspire and guide teams through transformative periods, leveraging my background in sociology, community organizing and performance. I'm most proud of creating new roles at my last company and developing and mentoring dozens of employees to be promoted.
