Investigated, drafted and/or produced 16 Hazard Safety Reports accounting for 76% of all Hazreps in the KC-130J community.-Drafted and released 4 Safety Grams, reporting safety related issues to the KC-130J community.-Planned, coordinated and flew in support of Operation Sahayogi Haat - 2015 Nepal Earthquake Humanitarian/Disaster Relief

-Responsible to the Flight Officer for the creation and execution of over 60 daily flight schedules with up to 13 aircraft working in multi-national areas of operation. Synchronized communications between cross-functional teams to ensure requirements for the daily flight schedule were fully sourced and coordinated efforts to assist aircraft while detached with mission coordination and/or logistic support.-Planned Large Force Exercise for over 30 countries and 13,000 service-members. Managed and executed the flight schedule for 3 aircraft and 56 personnel, increasing squadron proficiency by 22 percent and 7 instructors.-Coordinated and flew in support of the 70th Anniversary Iwo Jima Reunion of Honors Ceremony.

- Responsible for the planning and execution of international squadron missions, as well as, progression through the Training and Readiness Flight Syllabus.-Ground Safety Officer, responsible for the development, implementation, and executions of an aggressive Ground Safety Program. -Managed and supervised the Ground Safety Office and Uniformed Victim Advocate program (sexual assault response).-Certified as an Operational Stress Control and Readiness Team Member and Naval Safety Center Mishap Investigator.-Successfully organized and execute two safety stand downs, completing yearly training for the squadron of over 300 personnel.

Aviation Preflight Indoctrination ground school classes included: engineering, aerodynamics, air navigation, aviation physiology, and water survival.Student Naval Aviator primary training approximately 22 weeks, included ground-based academics, simulators and flight training in either the T-34 Turbomentor. Primary training consisted of six stages: Familiarization (FAM), Basic Instruments, Precision Aerobatics, Formation, Night FAM, and Radio Instruments.Maritime students complete their advanced training at NAS Corpus Christi flying the twin engine T-44C Pegasus. Particular emphasis is placed on single-engine flight in varying conditions. Upon receiving their Wings of Gold, Marine pilots report to the C-130 Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS).

Trained and educated as a newly commissioned officer in the high standards of professional knowledge, esprit-de-corps, and leadership to prepare for duty as a company grade officer in the operating forces, with particular emphasis on the duties, responsibilities, and warfighting skills required of a rifle platoon commander.
