For over two decades, I've had the privilege of leading Cantella’s strategic direction. Cantella was a broker/dealer and RIA for over 70 years and was one of the first independent firms on the street, paving the way for a new model of financial services. Cantella has also been recognized as an industry innovator, being one of a small number of female owned/led and employee-owned B/Ds. During this time I also worked closely with our clearing partners, Fidelity, Pershing and Raymond James, and expanded our offerings to serve financial advisors, B/Ds and RIAs.I began my career with Cantella in 2000 and worked in multiple departments - from recruiting and transitions to compliance and licensing, advisory services, relationship management and more. This experience allows me to go beyond being an executive as I understand the intricacies of daily operations and can help advisors navigate the challenges and opportunities they face. I love helping advisors grow their practices and help their clients achieve their financial goals. We work closely with advisors to create efficiencies within their business and equip them with the tools and technology they need to deliver exceptional service and grow.At Cantella, we love what we do and believe in a collaborative and supportive environment. My partners and I have worked together for 20+ years and many of our employees and advisors have been here just as long or longer. Long before Covid, we championed initiatives that promote work-life balance, such as flexible work arrangements and an in-house playroom for employees’ children. We're also committed to giving back to the community and have worked with the MA Department of Children and Family Services to facilitate internships and career nights. We also tie holiday gift giving to charitable organizations such as Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, Cards for Causes and the Bread of Life in Malden.My deep understanding of Cantella, our advisors and my unwavering commitment to our mission continues to drive our success.
