I create online experiences to mirror offline interactions by putting the user first in every project I begin. From product launches to website content, workflow refinement to support materials, and more, a driving force of my work is asking: How can we make things easier or better for the user? …and then figuring out how to make that happen. AREAS OF EXPERTISE→ CONTENT STRATEGY - Identifying, creating, and implementing what content will be most beneficial to our users, when it should appear, how it should be delivered, and where it should live. → UX COPY WRITING - Taking high-level, technical content and filtering it down to various levels of user comprehension. (Because we all know things can get very complicated very quickly in the world of SAAS.)→ DATA ANALYSIS - Identifying useful trends and behaviors of users through various data and feedback-gathering mechanisms, including onboarding metrics, user actions within the app, HotJar analytics, and user feedback surveys. Teamwork makes the dream work, and as a team member on projects, I strive to:▪ encourage group brainstorming and transparency ▪ highlight clear paths from idea to implementation ▪ anticipate questions and provide answers before they’re asked ▪ reduce confusion and overwhelm through organized systems and timelines ▪ establish clear communication and feedback channels Outside of office hours, you can find me with a book in my hands, out and about to enjoy the Colorado weather, taking cybersecurity classes on TryHackMe, or volunteering at my local farmer’s market. *And because I love a good book recommendation, the books which have had the most significant impact on how I approach my career are The Go-Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann, Disability Visibility: First-Person Stories from the Twenty-first Century by Alice Wong, and The Midnight Library by Matt Haig.
