The Learning Program (LPM) manager is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Learning programs within the academy. The target is to provide state of the art learning solutions to fulfil the needs within the Volvo group.The LPM role comprises both product manager responsibilities, during the full life cycle of a product, and responsibility as a project manager during the development phase of learning programs.

- Leading a team of 11 Business analysts and developers working with material handling systems -Trying out Agile principles and ceremonies as one of the first teams in the organisation

- Drive and contribute in mapping areas for productivity improvements at medium and large sized companies (200-2000 employees) in the Swedish manufacturing and business sector and present the results to the management team. - Produce financial training for HR functions to stimulate investments in leadership, employee health and working environment.
