Growing up in a typical immigrant, multi-generational home, I learned early on the importance of being resourceful, community (which is at the core of Filipino culture), and because my dad was a machinist, I developed an engineering mindset and took an interest in “building things.”These 3 values continue to drive me in my career as a 𝗚𝗧𝗠 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 / 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 leader.I’ve been in the digital media/tech space for over a decade in brand partnerships, starting off as an Account Manager learning what client success meant and how to deliver it. I've worked with global brands like: Nike, McDonald's, and Porsche. Over time, the projects got more and more complex, the number of teams involved multiplied, but, as the AM, it was still solely my responsibility to figure it out while striving for retention. A fast-growth environment can complicate this, but that’s where being resourceful, relationship-oriented, and having an engineering mindset have an advantage. I’m drawn to these industries because the aspect of building the plane while flying it has always been an exciting challenge for me. So far, I’ve successfully scaled commercial operations for two companies and am excited to continue growing that number.
