• Led a professional staff of 18 in providing learner and curriculum support to Walden’s adult learner population. During my tenure, the library:
• Revised all job descriptions, work group processes, missions and expectations, resulting in increased collaboration between staff and more efficient use of limited staff time.
• Oversaw, with IT Manager, the migration of the library site to a new platform, with a high level of success and satisfaction. Over the next two years, every student-facing center migrated to the same system.
• Lead by the Information Literacy Manager, developed a six module instructional design course for staff who created student-facing instructional materials. Over the course of the summer of 2014, all staff successfully.

• Launched online services and site, providing support to professional staff at 70 Kaplan-owned campuses and to learners by managing licensed resources, designing and evaluating instruction and research systems and.
• Closed a long-standing relationship by which library services were outsourced, bringing budget, services and licensed resources in-house in under a year, realizing cost saving of nearly 50% and significant increase in.
• Led the migration of seven Kaplan campus learning centers across the US into one shared management system/catalog, enabling better resource sharing.
