I realized 20% of an IPv6 implementation for SNL this fiscal year with enterprise VoIP - the first lab in the DOE complex to attain the milestone and introduced a new security requirement that directly affected the workforce and its ability to achieve deliverables, by successfully coordinating a lab-wide initiative, encompassing all Sandia companies. The team maintains 9.9999% availability for fiber infrastructure and optical transport network (OTN) and achieves 99,9% availability of the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone network and cross-campus Wi-Fi. Presenting the requirements mapping and production qualification status to DOE, Department of Defense (DoD), and National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) teams at federally-required design reviews, I accurately ascertained client requirements and conducted testing on a major enterprise application. Identifying opportunities to improve work processes and training, I introduced positive change. Enabling the resolution of issues and refinement of products, I determined and roadmapped technical requirements over a period of years.
