Manage administrative operations and staff human resources for the UCLA College Office of the Deans.

Key administrative support to the Dean of Social Sciences and the UCLA College Deans’ office; lead for incoming and outgoing communications and requests and manager of various aspects of Social Sciences division and College Deans’ office projects and events.

Managed and supported initiatives identified by the director of IRLE, including institute-wide events, projects, and communication. Specific emphasis on communication included institute messaging and symposiums, internal and external communication, and various other projects depending on the director’s priorities. Provided key support in management, implementation, follow-up, and assessment.

Led and supported projects and teams to develop resources, events, and support measures for the immigrant and international student community at UCLA. Collaborated with numerous administrators, faculty, staff, and partners throughout campus on projects including campus-wide events, fundraising, campus communication on immigration policy updates, and printed and digital immigration resources.Executed a UCLA Centennial Initiative, UCLA: Our Stories, Our Impact, a multimedia traveling art exhibit highlighting diverse Bruins who have made impacts in social justice throughout the nation.

Collaborated with senior administrative team members of the Executive Vice Chancellor & Provost. Managed interdepartmental relations, meeting and event coordination, and special projects. Supported campus-wide committees and advisory councils and produced and refined communication on behalf of the Executive Vice Chancellor/Provost's office.

Oversaw all levels of office operations of a real estate law office; managed and processed legal documentation relating to real property sales and acquisitions; processed income and expenses and analyzed financial data; established relationships with vendors and clients.

Managed an in-resident management training program for community healthcare executives. Directly oversaw the development and implementation of the program including application selection, registration, course development, logisitics, assessment and budget forecasting and analysis. Hired, trained, and supervised students. Established relationships with funders and partners: Johnson & Johnson and the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
