Chuck My Junk is a premier junk removal and dumpster service company that is serving all of Orange County. We are proud to offer monthly contract to Homeowners Associations and other multi-unit housing communities. We are women owned and here to help with all types of junk removal needs.

Work directly with the Board of Directors to administer daily affairs of the community, review, analyze and present monthly management/financial reports to the Board of Directors, identify, and work with accounting to resolve any discrepancies. Research, prepare and provide annual budgets to the Board of Directors; work with vendors and other association service providers to obtain accurate budget data. Review, modify code and approve association invoices. Oversee the maintenance of property, solicit, negotiate and execute contracts for the associations service providers. Implement violation and collection policies, carry out tasks assigned by the Board of directors. Organize schedule and facilitate Annual, quarterly and special Board of Director meetings. Inspect communities to evaluate infractions of the governing documents and work with homeowners to resolve infractions via emails and phone calls. Plan, budget, advertise, execute and attend Association events. Interview, hire and train employees as needed.
