Key Responsibilities:- Design Concept Plans- Create moodboard, select materials, fixtures and finishes- Design, draft and finalize proposed construction package- Create and finalize material schedules- Liaise and communicate with clients regarding tender and quotes- Coordinate and manage suppliers and contractors and resolve conflicts- Conduct site visits- Monitor and control budget of projects

Key Responsibilities:- Assess CC and CDC applications for residential developments- Assess architectural plans against Section 88B restrictions on property, S10.7(2) Planning Certificates and Development consent- Assess architectural plans according to SEPP, NCC and BCA- Advise and coordinate with architects to amend plans according to restrictions on property- Process, approve and issue construction certificates and complying development certificates for construction- Assess, process and issue occupational certificates after completion of developments and satisfactory final inspections- Process CC, CDC and OC packages for Councils across NSW- Coordinating various project stages with architects, private Certifiers, Councils, clients, site supervisors, builders, site inspectors and contractors- Managing multiple projects simultaneously- Communicate and handle clients on a regular basis at every stage of project- Coordinate with structural engineer throughout project life to meet all requirement for approvals- Liase with structural engineers and certifiers to organise necessary reports and submissions
