I have a passion for helping others working in healthcare fulfills that passion.I have been working in healthcare for 21 years. I worked in a Skilled Nursing facility for 12 years and now with Circle of Life Assisted Living Communities for 10 1/2 years. I started with Circle of Life as a standard employee working shift work in a mental health facility. After two years of a standard employee I moved positions to Patient Care Coordinator and Medication Manager which I worked in this position for another three years. Next, I changed positions again to manager of the facility for two years. At this time I have been with the company for seven years and then I moved positions again to administrator which I currently am still in this role for three and a half years.Experience: I have experience in profit and loss, quickbooks, medicaid billing, bank accounts, typing, email, google drive, microsoft word excel and office, employee files, resident files, transportation for residents, hiring and termination of employee's, policy and procedures, work with state representatives such as Agency for Healthcare Administration, Department of Children and Families, Social Security, Ombudman, and Health Department.
