Lead internal communication for Dell's Global Operations & End User Computing Solutions business, as well as the company's customer experience program. Serve on Global Internal Communication leadership team and provide strategic counsel on change initiatives to propel team member engagement, understanding and commitment to Dell’s growth agenda.

Led internal communication and employee engagement around Dell's People Strategy, Purpose & Values, Customer Experience, HR communications and Corporate Responsibility. Continue to provide strategic guidance and develop content for major Dell executive forums, including Worldwide Leadership Meeting, Strategy Forum and Quarterly Executive Leadership Meeting.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of Consumer + Small and Medium Business and mobility solutions internal communication programming. And led executive communications for several Dell Executive Leadership Team members, including internal and external presentations and events.

Developed and implemented public relations strategies for global consumer packaged goods, retail and fashion clients. Managed the PR agency's creative services department in development of marketing materials, direct mail, press kits and print ads for consumer and B2B clinets.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Managed Samsung USA PR activities, including launching the company's handset business in the U.S.

Managed public relations strategy and implementation for the World Trade Center, Trade Mart and International Apparel Mart. Led planning and logistics for all media events and award programs, including the Dallas Fashion Awards, ARTS Awards, Western Apparel Awards, and more.
