In my tenure, I have helped the bank increase their effectiveness in volunteerism. In 2019 only about 50% of our volunteer efforts directly impacted low-to-moderate income communities and individuals. In 2020, about 95% of our efforts are in the most needed communities. During 2020, while working remotely in a pandemic environment, the number of volunteer hours increased compared to 2019 and 2018.
