After working in the pediatric and adult occupational therapy clinics, I've grown in my clinical reasoning skills and developed great interpersonal skills to utilize in the workforce. I develop a meaningful rapport with the clients and give them the time and care they deserve.

Cheshire Homes is a residential facility for individuals with physical disabilities in the Cape Town area. Working side by side with a volunteer yoga instructor, we developed a collaborative program involving restorative yoga and breathing techniques that promote health and wellness for individuals primarily with spinal cord injury.

Camp Johnsonburg gave me the interpersonal skills I needed to work with people of all ages. Working with kids with disabilities and developing entertaining, integrative, and therapeutic programs for them gave me a creative edge. These characteristics have helped me grow as a therapist and as a person holistically.
