Qualified to ILM Level 5 in Management with NVQ Level 3 in Management and Level 3 in Customer Service and Call Handling alongside over 20 years customer service and administration experience. Microsoft office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook, with knowledge of databases and data input skills, also excellent keyboard skills. Recent experience in NetSuite, but also have experience in Vixen and Engineers Diary and also IFS and Mobile Work Order. Excellent Customer Care record with an eye for detail.
