I am also the founder of Management Innovations, Inc., an investment real estate services firm specializing in the acquisition and management of multi-family apartment assets 50 units and larger. Having earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM), I am among an elite class of real estate managers nationwide. With over 30 years of management experience, I have personally managed more than 1,800 apartment units with assets ranging in size from 6-637 units and having a combined value well in excess of $150M. I am expert in all phases of RE investment management including on-site operations, financial accounting and investment analysis. As an owner of large apartment assets since 1998, I bring added value to my clients by sharing their perspective and understanding their motivations.
