Manage a unique banquet setting. Heinz Field is host to over 250 banquets a year not to mention hosting the home Steeler and PItt football games. Our banquets range in size from small parties for 25 people, sit down dinners for 800, and receptions for 1,500 people plus! When football is town, the catering department doesn't slow down as we feed around 1,500 people per game in several areas of the stadium. I manage a staff that includes around ten set-up guys, 30 bartenders, 40-50 servers, and 12 managers and supervisors. The stadium is a unique and fast past work environment.
