Driven | Creative | Innovative | Organized | Happy I’m Jennifer Baumann and I was born and raised in southeast Nebraska. My husband Paul and I moved to Omaha from Lincoln in 2010. I spent the last 7 years working for a leading media company assisting business owners with their advertising and coordinating efforts in-house to make said advertising easier for our clients. Paul and I built a new home in 2016 and we used Eric for our mortgage. It was such a pleasant and interesting experience I jumped at a chance to work with him and the amazing team he has created at Benchmark Mortgage!As a Relationship Manager, my job is to stay connected with current and past clients, our partners and the community. I strive to keep them updated with all the new and exciting things happening at Benchmark and keep them informed of our processes, mortgage trends, and events we are sponsoring.When I am not working on getting you into a new home, I am at my home decorating or creating - I love to paint, refurbish furniture and do wood crafts. We love dogs; we recently lost our beloved Guiness after 14 years and now have added a puppy, Porter, to our family! Paul and I love to golf, try out new bars (I love a good small town, hole-in-the-wall bar!) and breweries and love spending time with our family and friends whenever possible!
