More than $50M raised toward the $80M goal to meet the artistic, operation and endowment needs of the Guthrie Theater which creates transformative theater experiences that ignite the imagination, stir the heart, open the mind and build community through the illumination of our common humanity.

Regional executive responsible for ensuring the American Cancer Society met the organizational goals to fulfill its mission to meet the needs of cancer patients, their friends and family. Responsible for profit and loss across the tri-state area, I was accountable for raising $10.4M in revenue across multi- channel streams including events, donor investment, corporate and foundation partnership and grants. As a supervisor with a servant leader approach, I had the opportunity to support the success of a diverse 36 member staff team who in partnership with thousands of volunteers ensured American Cancer Society programs, services and advocacy efforts were made possible.As a volunteer partner and steward, I had the honor of working along side talented leaders across the three states who gave of their time, talent and treasure in times of plenty and in times of challenge to help ensure the American Cancer Society remains a leading nonprofit organization realizing the greatest impact in the fight against cancer. With their engagement we ensured Minnesota’s two Hope Lodges were fully funded and operational, residents had equitable access to healthcare despite their zip code of residence and research investment in our area flourished including the launch of the region’s first Philanthropy Research Circle and ResearcHERS initiative.

Senior leadership team strategist, staff supervisor of six and development plan director generating $8.5 million in revenue annually across four-state chapter. Developed and implemented constituent-centric relationship model resulting in increased revenue and expanded volunteer and donor engagement across chapter events and programs. Managed 200 constituent relationship portfolio of corporations, foundations, hospitals, teams and top fundraisers to successfully retain and grow annual revenue while furthering their connection to the Society's mission. Collaborated with leadership volunteers and staff across the country to develop relationship management information sharing process improving donor experience and commitment resulting in expanded regional and national partnerships with local and national companies.

• Led $13.5M Capital Campaign – facility opened summer of 2013• Created visual and communication brand to reflect health and wellness experience. • Developed and implemented fundraising strategies resulting in 300% annual revenue growth from 2009 to 2012.

• Directed six team leaders, twenty staff members and numerous vendors to concept and implement $1.8MM annual flagship conference of “edutainment”. • Developed holistic communications portfolio for national conference including: keynote speeches, media relations, promotional materials, event programs and educational literature.• Procured three-year, $2.25MM national sponsorship from Guidant Corporation to underwrite national healthy heart initiative resulting in 24,000 screenings and 120,000 women educated on heart health.• Trained twenty PBS station and hospital foundation representatives on development strategy resulting in $1MM in donations for women’s health care organizations. • Obtained new consumer product and healthcare sponsors generating over $200,000 annually for the national conference. • Led national conference grants distribution committee. Committee distributed $125,000 annually to grassroots women’s health, well-being and personal safety organizations.
