Current focus within this role is on absence management whilst pulling on generalist skills to provide fully comprehensive support to managers and employees across a broad range of HR subjects. My role requires effective communication across employees of all levels within the organisation liaising with union representatives and occupational health to achieve the best outcomes for employees, managers and the business overall. This role has evolved to focus on absence management in line with business needs however I have gained A wealth of experience across the full HR portfolio: absence management, performance management, managing disciplinary and grievance procedures, change management and tupe transfers.

Broad range of experience including recruitment administration, team supervision, performance reporting. I was the main point of contact for recruitment, delegating and supporting colleagues to provide a full recruitment service to a 3000+ workforce.

Lead across a group of organisations for promoting carer support for employees as part of the ‘Improving Working Lives’ initiative including leading on maternity/paternity/adoption, promotion and negotiation of flexible working arrangements and support for staff with caring responsibilities to achieve a better work/life balance.

Full secretarial and administration service to management team including recruitment administration and supporting the roll out of the Improving Working Lives initiative across the local health organisations.
