I manage a diverse team of people across 3 continents. Our main business is distributing content to a variety of VOD platforms both as an aggregation service as well as to YouTube and platforms developed in house. In addition to this I create content release plans as well as digital marketing agendas for our SM channels, I maintain a database with over 400,000 titles, I create user flow diagrams to detail our customers’ journeys and to identify gaps and areas for improvement. I am in charge of selecting, hiring and onboarding new employees, and I am the point of contact between team members and management.

I managed a classroom of up to 25 children between the ages of 18 months and 6 years. On a daily basis I created stimulating lessons, organised and led activities, corresponding to the needs I observed while evaluating their growth and performance.

I was assistant teacher in a classroom up to 30 kids from the age 3-6. Using English I led creative group activities such as arts and crafts, cooking classes and reading.

I developed a complex schedule teaching at a wide variety of businesses and institutions, such as ING Bank, the Czech Ministry of Defence, White & Case. I created and provided lessons encompassing a range of skill-building activities for speaking, writing, reading and listening.

I oversaw all administrative functions in the realty office. I assisted realtors with contracts, supervised the office staff, created and updated MLS listings to track real estate sales, and prepared marketing materials to promote properties for sale or rent.
