As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, I support the delivery of key concepts and practical skills in Sports Sales and Revenue Generation, Professional Selling, and Sales Management courses. My role involves facilitating classroom discussions, grading assignments, and mentoring students. I also maintain regular communication with students via email to answer questions, clarify course material, and provide guidance on assignments. I work closely with the faculty to create engaging learning environments, using case studies and role-playing exercises to prepare students for real-world challenges in sales and revenue generation.

Work directly with students and student athletes at Oklahoma State University to promote their Name, Image, and Likeness. -Recruit, interview, and onboard new athlete representatives-Speak to classes, teams, and student organizations about applying for Brand Squad-Create recruitment graphics and promotional materials-Coordinate brand deals and social media sponsorships for students and student athletes-Help students and student athletes build and establish a personal brand -Create content for social media platforms-Design graphics for students and athletes' merchandise lines

In this role, I assisted the administrative associates in the Dean's Office of Spears School of Business. I used organization, problem solving, and communication skills every day. I was entrusted as the keeper of keys for conference rooms and classrooms throughout the Spears building. I used time-management skills to accomplish tasks efficiently. I organized all areas of the Dean's Suite to ensure a cleanly environment. I fielded calls from different students and faculty and directed them to the correct departments. This job belted to develop my networking and professional skills!
