• Leading and educating others in farm clerical tasks, including entering computer inventory records and file management• Contributing in various truck and tractor maintenance projects, building constructions, and field work operations• Working in every aspect of hog production, including feed responsibilities, breeding procedures, and farrowing operations• Assisting in the process of making both compost and mulch, including operating machinery, making deliveries, and performing landscaping tasks
