As a Production Coordinator, I need to be aware of specific event needs & any discrepancies encountered by other departments throughout the production process. I ensure all samples received are accounted for on the event catalog & that all information on the catalog is accurate. This role also communicates with multiple departments within the company – Brand Teams, Digital Imaging and Photo Studio, Fulfillment Center, etc. As Production Coordinator, my job duties include but are not limited to:- Sorting images for each product in an event- Ensuring all images are accounted for and confirm the correct images correlate to the specific item.
