Local and national marketing, including research projects and sponsorship, at this industry superannuation fund and managing/working with the national team handling member and employer services. Recommendations put forward by me were implemented regarding database changes to increase data reliability and efficiency in board reporting, and designing a business intelligence system jointly with a BDM to expand the fund’s base.

Gained valuable skills in the specialty area of market research at this agency, offering both quantitative and qualitative expertise with a strong foundation in meeting client objectives for research projects. From questionnaire design to data analysis and presenting findings and insights. One project example is performing a key role in an Australia-wide quantitative study involving over 30 health organisations, achieving an 80-90% response rate for most of the approximate 10 waves of research.Account management of clients for both tracking and ad hoc studies sustaining an excellent client experience; project management, including managing onsite staff, office operations; and management of the panel database, led to improved efficiencies with cost (including labour cost) and time savings achieved.
