With over 25 years in the Human Resources field, I have enjoyed working in a variety of industries, both union and non-union, throughout B.C. and Washington State. Through my background as a senior internal HR practitioner and external HR consultant, my industry experience includes: hospitality and tourism, engineering, public sector, non-profit and grocery retail. My focus over the past 8 years has been working with First Nation communities and Indigenous organizations - helping them to achieve their goals through robust and culturally aligned HR practices.I have worked in all facets of Human Resources ranging from managing the day-to-day operations of an HR Department to partnering with senior management to set organizational strategy. One of my greatest HR passions is to see organizations thrive when they create and communicate an inspiring vision of their future. Shaping culture and systems to align with that vision is a recipe for success – and HR can help you get there!
